What is KBN?

Kingdom Brothers Network (KBN) is a Christian men’s community that connects men and sharpens manhood through faith, fellowship and service. Our mission is to equip soldiers for the Kingdom of God: men who take responsibility in their homes, communities and workplaces, and live a fruitful life of legacy.

The Word First

Scripture is our standing order. Opinion bows to it, tradition bows to it, and so do we.

Brotherhood

No man walks alone. We show up for each other in the good seasons and the ugly ones.

Integrity

The same man in public and in private. What we say in the room, we live outside it.

Responsibility

We stop assigning blame and start carrying weight in our homes, community and work.

Growth

Iron sharpens iron. We invite correction because we intend to be better men next year.

Service

Rank in this network is measured by who you serve, not by who serves you.

Rules of Engagement

Every man who walks into a KBN room agrees to these eight. They are what make honesty safe.

Show up
Attendance is the first form of commitment. Be in the room, on time, with your phone down.

Speak the truth
Say the real thing. Half-honesty wastes everyone's evening.

Keep confidence
What a brother shares in the circle stays in the circle. No exceptions.

No condemnation
We correct without shaming. A man should leave sharpened, not humiliated.

Carry your own weight
Come with your own preparation. Do not outsource your growth to the group.

Honour the chain
Submit to the leadership over you and lead well those under you.

Guard the house
Protect the reputation of the network and the families inside it.

Finish what you start
If you take a post, hold it until you are properly relieved.

Isael Lema

Isael Lema is a legal professional, entrepreneur, and servant of God with a vision to empower young boys and men to grow spiritually, morally, and in leadership. His interests lie in spiritual ministry, leadership, family well-being, real estate and property investment, and sustainable development. His Vision is to build men grounded in strong foundations of faith and accountability, equipped with the ability to bring positive change to their families and society, while helping to leave a valuable legacy for future generations.

Ron Mbwilo

Ron Mbwilo is a leader, insurance and risk management professional, theologian, and a Certified Financial Educator accredited by the Bank of Tanzania (BOT). He is passionate about leadership, spiritual ministry, financial literacy, and empowering individuals to make productive decisions for their personal and societal development. Serving as a Lieutenant Colonel (LC) within the Kingdom Brothers Network, he is dedicated to fostering faith, discipline, accountability, and financial awareness among young boys and men. His mission is to build a generation grounded in strong spiritual foundations, exemplary leadership, and economic independence.

Samson Emmanuel

Samson Emmanuel is a Christian leader, mentor, and entrepreneur with professional expertise in finance and information technology. A communicator and strategist, guided by faith, integrity, service, and spiritual growth. As Executive Chairperson (EC) of KBN, he is dedicated to raising accountable men, equipping them to overcome addiction, serve with purpose, and fulfill their God-given calling. His mission is to raise men (servants) who will lead and serve faithfully with integrity, live free, and fulfill their purpose.
